of the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act, was                   
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senators Kerttula, Duncan, Donley moved and asked unanimous                    
consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the resolution.  Without           
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 3054.                    
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                          
17(JUD) was adopted.                                                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17(JUD) was read the                        
second time.
